Already since the Russian aggression 2013/14, Ukraine has been among the countries with the highest number of internally displaced persons (IDPs) worldwide. Since February 2022, this number has increased further, while at the same time millions of Ukrainians have left the country. This working group deals with the integration challenges and dilemmas of forced migrants, both IDPs in Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees having arrived in the Nordic and Baltic countries. It addresses the challenges and dilemmas faced by their home and host countries.
